A few more causes which could be contributed to having recurring yeast infection are using tight underwear, being in the water often and then wearing wet clothing afterwards.

3 Proven Home Remedies for Recurring Yeast Infection

 yogurt

So that's really important for a recurring yeast infection to try and pinpoint whats causing this and eliminating that or changing that in your daily routine. There's a lot of home remedies that you can use. Some of the best are taking a tampon and dipping it in yogurt which is a probiotic. It's going to have acidophilus which is a natural occurring bacteria in our body and you'll insert that into your vagina just like you would a normal tampon 2 to 3 times a day and leave it for a couple of hours. You want to use that until you feel the infection is cured.

Boric Acid

You can use Boric acid which is available over the counter and at home you can even make the capsules yourself. This is also going to help with the ph.

Vinegar

You can take vinegar baths, or take a cup of vinegar in a warm bath soak for 20 minutes and then dry of well, and you want to do that daily at least until you see results.
When your using these treatments you want to see what's working. If your using a home remedy and the next time its worse you might want to use a prescription medication or an over the counter medication to help resolve that and then go back to a home remedy. So your alternating and not becoming immune to one treatment over the other. Those are just some ideas on how to treat recurring yeast infection at home.
